Since starting his professional career in 1999, Dr. O has been dreaming about running his own clinic. The ideas started small and then grew bigger, changing over time, but one thing was clear - the final outcome would be a break with the traditional dental practice. Fresh, minimalistic and open.

HAVE NO FEAR, DR.O IS HERE

It is known that fear can be the key reason for a bad relationship between patient and dentist. The ability to build trust in Dr. O’s clinic is thus the most important element of its success.

Asked about his role in the clinic, Dr. O. explains: I have an excellent team but it’s very important to me to always be there when the patient comes in for the first time. Only then do I pass the patient on to one of my dentists/a member of my dental team. I’m always around and the patients really appreciate this.

Dr. O has never lost a patient – yet in his everyday work he is aware of the old saying: You can disappoint someone three times: first, last and never again.

"I’M ALLERGIC TO THE TRADITIONAL EXPECTATIONS OF WHAT A DENTIST SHOULD LOOK AND BE LIKE. I ALWAYS LIKE TO CONNECT WITH MY PATIENTS, TO TALK TO THEM, TO MAKE THEM FEEL AT HOME. AND THEY ALWAYS COME BACK."

Firstly - from the moment you enter the clinic, you immediately notice the special atmosphere - the music is loud and lively, everyone is talking and smiling – our first impression was that it was nothing like a dental office. And this is due to the excellent chemistry of the dental team - their relaxed, friendly attitude has a highly positive effect on the patients.

Dr. O says: I want to see my clinic as something different - of course, our uniforms are black, the dental chairs are black - but this isn’t the only difference. I’m allergic to the traditional expectations of what a dentist should look and be like. I always like to connect with my patients, to talk to them, to make them feel at home. And they always come back.
